Each piece of furniture is sandblasted one by one, removing all old paint from the furniture. From here, we add the powder coat which results in a thick, strong finish and is more resistant to weather and corrosion than average paint.

A solution: Powder coating
Powder coating is a process of a coat applied as a free-flowing dry powder to metals and is melted over surface at over 400 degrees. Since powder coating does not involve a liquid carrier, it produces a thicker coating than regular paint. This is more scratch- and sun-resistant and has a higher color retention than liquid paint. Powder coating makes for a tougher, more superior finish.
